The mission of Nantucket Island Safe Harbor for Animals, NiSHA, is to rescue and care for animals in need and to advance animal wellbeing through education, advocacy, and community outreach.
NiSHA is open by appointment only Mon-Sat from 8am to 5pm. Our animals thrive in a quiet, structured atmosphere, and our human clients get more focused attention when an appointment is made in advance.
